DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce a key face-to-face Advocacy Meeting taking place on 28 August 2025 in Tartu, Estonia. This strategic gathering replaces the originally planned hybrid meeting in Helsinki and will bring together Code-Yaa@PC-Edu participants from across the COST Action network.\nThe meeting will focus on the co-development of the CODE-YAA tool, a central output designed to strengthen the integration of quality palliative care into primary health care systems. Emphasizing collaboration across work packages and stakeholder groups, the meeting will apply the Design Thinking method introduced during the Summer School.
