On June 27-28, 2024, the first CODE-YAA@PC-EDU face-to-face Working Group meeting is scheduled in Yerevan, Armenia. This meeting unites the projects Working Groups 1-6 to commonly present and discuss individual results and first milestones achieved, focusing on specific quality indicators defined for implementation of a gold standard in high-quality palliative care education and for finalization of the CODE-YAA self-assessment tool.
In addition, three different workshops will be presented on the topics: Leadership and Health Policy, Ethics, Advocacy and Mentorship.
The meeting takes place at the ibis Yerevan Center in Armenia, organized in cooperation with Prof Artashes Tadevosyan, Head of the Department of Public Health and Health Care Organization at the Yerevan State Medical University and Management Committee member of our COST Action.
We are greatly looking forward to welcome the members of our Working Groups, contributing with their expertise in palliative care and dedicating all their effort to our projects common goal to significantly improve the quality of life of palliative care patients and their relatives!
