CODE-YAA Development Meeting in Tartu, Estonia and online
We are pleased to announce a key face-to-face Advocacy Meeting taking place on 28 August 2025 in Tartu, Estonia. This strategic gathering replaces the originally planned hybrid meeting in Helsinki and will bring together Code-Yaa@PC-Edu participants from across the COST Action network.
The meeting will focus on the co-development of the CODE-YAA tool, a central output designed to strengthen the integration of quality palliative care into primary health care systems. Emphasizing collaboration across work packages and stakeholder groups, the meeting will apply the Design Thinking method introduced during the Summer School. This participatory approach will support creative, user-centered innovation and ensure the tool’s usability across diverse cultural and educational contexts.
Key contributions will come from WG2 (Culture, Language & Diversity), WG3 (Research Coordination, Methods & Impact Analysis), WG5 (Global Policy & Advocacy), and WG6 (Communication & Dissemination).
This in-person meeting represents a pivotal step in achieving our shared objectives and advancing quality palliative care through education and policy.
